All sessions run about an hour, played live on quartz crystal singing bowls. Group sound baths happen at the Santa Cruz studio; private sessions travel to you, meet you on Zoom, or become full retreats.

Melt into one of seven recliner chairs and embark on a sound adventure. Let the stresses of life melt away. Stay present or drift into space. Each session brings a different experience. Eye pillows and blankets are provided.
